My stay at Gagan Plaza Hotel was incredibly disappointing. the service was lackluster, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. Though the staff was responsive at times, the issues I encountered overshadowed any positive aspects. I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel for any special event or stay.

My stay at The Gagan Plaza Hotel was unexpectedly great, especially after a rough night elsewhere. I was drawn to its decent pricing and excellent location near the Murrey Co. Bridge. The rooms were spacious, and the staff provided quick room service, which I appreciated. However, I noticed that one of the blocks felt a bit unfinished. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and would definitely return.
